Apple is in court once again in China this week, after paying out (big time) for the trademark "iPad" from Proview, the multi-billion dollar company is now being sued because of their voice assistant Siri.
The person on the other end of the infringement case is Zhizhen Network Technology, they claim that they patented the "instant messaging voice assistant", and that Apple's Siri uses the same methods.
The company Zhizhen have said that - if they win the case against Apple - they will want a settlement of more than $60 million, more than Proview's case settlement.
