Motorola are notorious for the sheer amount of patents that they own, but now they are being sued by Fujifilm after allegedly violating four extremely broad camera patents -- one being transmitting data outside of a phone's network (i.e. WiFi).
Fujifilm have apparently been looking into a licensing agreement with Motorola, with no avail. According to Fujifilm, the RAZR and Xyboard lines were the key offenders, but other devices are involved.
