The Samsung Galaxy Nexus has temporarily been unbanned in the US, following a request from Samsung, waiting for a formal response from Apple. The Court of Appeals however didn't stay the ban of the Galaxy Tab 10.1.
Although the phone is now legal again, it might not make much of a difference as Google removed it from the Play Store to patch the patent infringement and package Android 4.1 onto Galaxy Nexus' out of the box.
