HTC Wins Court Battle Against Apple in UK

HTC has once again proved that it's patents a far superior to Apple's, as they have won another court case in the UK where Apple accused the Android and Windows Phone smartphone manufacturer of infringing on the "slide-to-unlock" patent, as well as a few others.

The High Court found that 3 of 4 of Apple's infringement allegations weren't valid, initially because of their "obviousness".

Apple are suing HTC in Germany for the same patents, but now it looks like an already dubious judge in Germany will rule in favour of HTC after this decision.
